Rasper

The rasper is widely used in the plant starch processing industry to rasp and crush materials, and is a key equipment unit in starch production lines.

Rasper

Desanding Cyclone

It can remove sand and other heavy impurities from tubers slurry processed by rasper. It is one of the essential equipment in starch processing industry, and can also be used to remove heavy impurities from other fluids.

Desanding Cyclone

Centrasieve

The fine fiber (potato residue) and starch in tubers slurry after rasping and desanding shall be separated as far as possible. This equipment is widely used in medium and large starch production enterprises, and can be used for extracting tubers and wheat starch.

Biomaterial

Using starch as raw material to produce various biodegradable plastic products. This product can effectively replace traditional plastics, reduce white pollution, and contribute to environmental protection.

Peeling Machine

The working principle of a peeling machine is that the material rotates through a brush, and the surface of the material rubs against the brush to achieve the effect of cleaning, peeling, and polishing the material. The thickness of the brush should be selected for cleaning, peeling, and polishing. It adopts centrifugal rotation and rubbing peeling technology.

Hydro-cyclone Unit

The Hydro-cyclone Unit is the most important unit equipment in the production line of cassava and other tuber starch products that affects the quality of starch products. It is used for the concentration, washing, and refining of starch milk, and is a key equipment for removing soluble and insoluble proteins, fine fibers, sugars, and salts.

Vacuum Filter

Widely used in the solid-liquid separation field in industries such as starch, medicine, food, and chemical industry.

Centrifugal Peeler

The Centrifugal Peeler is a filter centrifuge that operates continuously and unloads intermittently, and divided into common centrifugal peeler, siphon centrifugal peeler and through-the-wall centrifugal peeler. The machine can perform periodic cycle operation automatically or manually. The operation time at each stage of filter process can be adjusted optionally to obtain the filter cake with low moisture content, and realize the good washing and efficient handling. It mainly applies to separation of suspension containing medium-grain particles, such as the dewatering separation of calcium hypochlorite, polyvinyl chloride, trichloroisocy anuric acid, polyacrylonitrile, calcium bicarbonate, graphite, cephalosporin, ammonium sulfate, ammonium bicarbonate, starch, potassium chloride, sodium bicarbonate and other materials, and serves in food industry, petrochemical engineering, salinization, pharmacy and other industries.
