Features

(1) The uniquely designed stainless steel filter and support mesh ensure a higher pass rate. The scraper group adopts pneumatic control and seamless design, which is efficient and precise.

(2) The hollow structure of the vacuum filter drum ensures both the dehydration effect of the material and the uniform and stable moisture content of the material, reducing the energy consumption of the drying section. The interior of the drum adopts a special water reading bucket structure design, which facilitates the simultaneous extraction of water and air.

(3) The rack structure made of all stainless steel ensures stable operation. The lubricating oil receiving plate specially designed at the bottom of the bearing seat ensures hygiene. The vacuum tank and vacuum pump adopt an integrated design, saving installation time and space.

Structural principle

The vacuum filter is composed of components such as a frame, spindle, motor, reducer, filter tank, agitator, pneumatic scraper, rotating drum, and mixing motor. The porous surface of the rotating drum is covered with a layer of filter cloth, and a support net is installed between the filter cloth and the porous cylinder shell. The rotating drum passes through the filter tank and forms negative pressure inside the rotating drum through a vacuum pump. The water in the starch milk will pass through the filter cloth and reach the inside of the drum. The starch particles cannot pass through the filter cloth and stay on the surface of the rotating drum. Then, the starch particles are scraped off by a pneumatic scraper and enter the next process through a belt conveyor.
