Working principle

When the stone remover is in operation, materials are pushed by the water flow into the drum through the feeding port. Large stones first fall into the sand discharge drum that is away from the feeding port, and are discharged from the sand discharge drum to the stone debris discharge port through the sand discharge plate; Sand particles and stones with a diameter smaller than the sieve hole will leak out of the sieve cylinder through the sieve hole. Under the action of the outer spiral belt on the outer wall of the sieve cylinder, they will be pushed against the direction of water flow and fall into the sand collection tank in front of the stone remover. They will be discharged from the sand discharge drum through the sand discharge plate to the discharge port of the stone impurities; To prevent a small amount of sand and gravel from passing through the first sand removal drum when there is a large amount of material, the stone remover has set up a sand removal drum near the discharge end to further remove sand and gravel that has leaked through the mesh.
