It can remove sand and other heavy impurities from tubers slurry processed by rasper. It is one of the essential equipment in starch processing industry, and can also be used to remove heavy impurities from other fluids.
Features
（1）Adopting a brand new concept, placing it before the extraction section effectively protects the equipment in the later stage and improves the service life of the entire system;
（2）Unique ceramic cyclone tube design, efficient and durable
（3）Unique fully automatic pneumatic desanding system, including specially developed airbag valve
（4）The entire machine is made of stainless steel (some components can be made of carbon steel according to customer requirements)
Working principle
The fluid material is pumped into the desanding cyclone and rotates at high speed. Due to the centrifugal force, lighter materials (such as starch) are discharged through the overflow pipe, while heavy debris sinks along the conical inner wall of the desanding cyclone and is discharged from the bottom valve.
