Features

(1)The rotor has undergone high-precision dynamic balance verification, ensuring smooth and reliable rotation. The rasping strips and rasp on the rotor can be used for bi-directional rasping, leveraging the high mass and speed of the rotor to increase rasping force and frequency, making the rasping process smoother and improving production efficiency.

(2)Adopting higher quality rasping strips and utilizing a clamping strip device ensures that the rasping strips are more stable and durable, making replacement and maintenance more convenient.

(3)The thickness of the rasp is 1.25 mm, ensuring a longer service life;

(4)Adopting a brand new bearing and bearing chamber design, it avoids the possibility of foreign objects entering the bearing, effectively ensuring its service life and efficiency.

(5)According to customer needs, bearings can be imported COOPER/SKF/FAG bearings, which are efficient and durable;

Working principle

The rasper is composed of components such as a base, casing, rotor, spindle, combination rasp, rasp plate, bearing, bearing seat, sieve plate, and motor. The motor drives the rotor with the rasping strip to rotate at high speed, bringing the material into the rasp plate to rasp into particles, and the evenly rasped slurry falls into the material trough through the sieve plate.
