Potato snowflake whole powder is made from fresh potatoes through processes such as stone removal, cleaning, peeling, slicing, blanching, cooling, steaming, mashing, drying, and crushing. The finished product is mainly in the form of potato cell monomers or aggregates of several cells, and its shape is like snowflake flakes, retaining the nutritional components of potatoes while giving the whole powder a delicate taste and unique flavor.

Product Description
(1) Stone removal and cleaning:
Raw material potatoes are processed by destoner and drum washer to ensure good impurity removal and cleaning effects.
(2) Peeling:
The cleaned potatoes are processed by steam peeling machine, dry brush peeling machine, and cleaning machine to achieve good peeling effect of the raw materials.
(3) Slicing, blanching, and cooling:
After peeling and cleaning, potatoes are sliced in a slicer, then blanched in a blanching machine, and then cooled in a cooling machine.
(4) Steaming:
Cooled potato chips are steamed in a steamer until fully cooked.
(5) Mashing:
The cooked potato chips are twisted into a screw masher by a steamer, and then squeezed and ground through a perforated plate to form mashed potatoes.
(6) Drying:
Potato puree is dried by a drum dryer to obtain dry material.
(7) Crushing:
The dried materials on the drum dryer are peeled off by the scraper, pre crushed, and transported by airflow to the crusher for crushing to specific specifications, and then temporarily stored in the finished product silo.
(8) Weighing and packing:
The product enters the automatic packing machine and is packed in 10kg/bag and 25kg/bag.
