Product Description
Application
Mainly used in the material cleaning process of tubers starch production lines.
Features
(1)Adopting the principle of countercurrent washing, the cleaning effect is good and can effectively remove mud and sand.
(2)The whole machine runs smoothly and has a low rate of material damage. Scientific feeding methods are beneficial for the layout of workshop equipment.
(3)Easy to operate, energy-saving and water saving, advanced structural design, and convenient to use and maintenance.
Working principle
This machine adopts the principle of countercurrent washing. The material (tubers) flows from the inlet into the paddle washer and rotates with the blades to the outlet. The water in the cleaning tank flows towards the inlet of the washer under the reaction of the blade rotation, and moves in the opposite direction with the material (tubers). The cleaning effect is good, and it can effectively remove mud and sand.

Starch extraction equipment is used to efficiently process raw materials such as corn, cassava, potato, and wheat into high-purity starch. The system combines cleaning, crushing, separation, filtration, and drying into a continuous production line, ensuring stable performance and consistent quality.
The process begins with washing to remove impurities, followed by crushing to release starch granules. Centrifugal separation and screening systems then separate starch from fiber and protein. The starch slurry is further refined through filtration, and finally dewatered and dried to produce finished starch powder.
Modern equipment features PLC control for easy operation and real-time monitoring. Made of stainless steel, it meets food-grade standards and offers strong durability. Key advantages include high efficiency, low energy consumption, minimal loss, and reliable operation for industrial production.
