The MVR evaporator system by Tidecom Group is a cutting‑edge Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) energy‑efficient evaporation solution designed to reduce energy use and lower operational costs. It recycles secondary vapor by compressing low‑temperature steam into higher temperature, high‑pressure steam to heat the feed liquid, achieving efficient steam reuse with only electricity and no fresh steam required. Compared with traditional evaporators, it offers low energy consumption (about 11 kW·h per ton of water evaporated) and up to 80% energy savings, clean high heat transfer efficiency, and minimal impact on product quality due to short residence time and low‑temperature operation. Compact, versatile, and suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, wastewater treatment, landfill leachate, desalination, and food & beverage industries, this system ensures high performance, smaller footprint, and enhanced process reliability for demanding industrial applications.

Operating principle
Turn low temperature low pressure steam into high temperature and high pressure steam by compressing the secondary steam produced by itself, and then take the high temperature and high pressure steam as heat source for the original liquid which needs to be evaporated in order to achieve the purpose of recycling use of the steam.
Compared with traditional evaporator, MVR evaporator has the following
