MVR is short for Mechanical Vapor Recompression and it is newly developed international energy- efficient evaporation equipment.
Operating principle
Turn low temperature low pressure steam into high temperature and high pressure steam by compressing the secondary steam produced by itself, and then take the high temperature and high pressure steam as heat source for the original liquid which needs to be evaporated in order to achieve the purpose of recycling use of the steam.
Compared with traditional evaporator, MVR evaporator has the following
characteristics
Low consumption, only needs electricity, no need of fresh steam. Evaporating one ton of water consumes 11 kw · h ~ 11 kw · h electric power and saves 80% energy.
Clean energy, high heat transfer efficiency
Industrial wastewater” zero release“, meets the requirement of national emission standard.
Product short residence time, low temperature evaporation and small impact on products quality.
Small volume and strong mobility
