The system utilizes advanced and reliable online instruments, actuators, and PLC control systems to achieve comprehensive monitoring and management of the cassava starch production line. Its purpose is to improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and ensure production safety.

Technological process management: The process flow control system includes various aspects such as raw material receiving and cleaning, quantitative feeding and rasping, high-efficiency centrifugal sieving, multi-stage hydrocyclone refining, starch centrifugal dewatering (or vacuum dewatering), starch drying and packaging. Through online instruments in real-time monitoring mode, the automatic control system monitors the status of each process section. It automatically adjusts relevant equipment's operation status according to preset process parameters to ensure stable and continuous production.
