The 19th Shanghai Starch Exhibition Concludes Successfully — Tidecom Looks to the Future, Innovation Never Stops

2025-06-26

The 19th Shanghai International Starch & Starch Derivatives Exhibition, Asia's premier annual event for the starch industry, concluded successfully today. As a leading innovator in the field, Tidecom Group made a striking appearance on this global stage, showcasing our latest breakthroughs and advancements in starch processing technology to clients worldwide.
One of the highlights of our exhibition was the new three-section box-structured rasp mill, a cutting-edge innovation developed by Tidecom Group based on extensive market feedback. This optimized design embodies our customer-centric philosophy, delivering practical solutions tailored to industry needs.

Traditional two-section box-structured rasp mills have long faced challenges in sieve plate installation and removal. Due to constant material impact and wear, sieve plates require regular replacement and maintenance. However, the confined space in two-section designs makes the process cumbersome—often demanding the disassembly of multiple peripheral components. This not only consumes significant time and labor but also risks damaging other parts, reducing the equipment’s lifespan. Such inefficiencies increase maintenance costs and prolong downtime, negatively impacting productivity.

Tidecom’s innovative three-section design elegantly resolves these issues. By dividing the box structure into three segments, it provides ample space for effortless sieve plate installation and removal. Workers can now position sieve plates quickly and extract them by simply opening the relevant section—eliminating unnecessary disassembly. This streamlined process slashes replacement time from several hours to just minutes, significantly boosting operational efficiency. User feedback confirms that the new rasp mill ensures smoother maintenance, minimizes downtime, and enhances continuous production.

Beyond the rasp mill, Tidecom also unveiled upgraded versions of our centrifugal sieve, hydrocyclone station, and self-cleaning filter, all optimized for higher efficiency and greater economic benefits for our clients.

With the exhibition’s successful close, Tidecom has once again demonstrated our leadership in starch technology. Yet for us, this is just the beginning. Moving forward, we will intensify R&D efforts, deepen innovation in starch processing, and deliver smarter, greener, and more efficient solutions to global partners.

We extend our gratitude to every visitor who stopped by our booth—your support fuels our progress. Together, let’s drive the starch industry forward with innovation and build a brighter future for the sector!
