Regional service manager

Responsible for leading and guiding the daily work of the regional service team;
Responsible for implementing service level agreements, regional sales margin targets, customer satisfaction targets, etc.
Responsible for managing service work plans, contacting customers, providing technical services to employees and customers;
Responsible for leading and managing human resources, selecting excellent regional service staff, and providing staff training, guidance, cultivation and motivation;
Responsible for identifying improvement points and recommending the right actions to meet challenges and opportunities for capacity improvement; We need to adhere to high standards and abide by laws and regulations, especially safety standards.
Drive optimal utilization, optimize operating costs, and manage and maintain the profitability of the work;
Supervise service activities to ensure compliance with the highest standards and group workflow, as well as safety standards;
Proactively liaise with sales teams and stakeholders to report customer issues and needs in a timely manner;
Ensure all technical reports are completed in a timely and high quality manner;
Identify candidates with high probability;
Customer service visits or service interventions if necessary;
