Tidecom Builds 90-Ton Potato Starch Production Line for Xinjiang Jinshuyuan; Officially Commences Operation Today

The 90-ton potato starch production line contracted and built by Tidecom Technology Co., Ltd for Xinjiang Jinshuyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd has completed construction and commissioning and officially commenced operation today. This milestone marks a solid step forward in the two companies' cooperation in the starch deep-processing sector.
Production data fully meet standards; product quality is stable and reliable. On the first day of operation, all indicators of the production line reached the design specifications: starch whiteness held steady at 93, moisture content was controlled at 15, and per-shift output reached 180 tons, with smooth and efficient operation. Whiteness and moisture content are core indicators of starch quality, and their stable performance fully validates the integrated performance of the production line across raw material handling, process control and equipment operation, laying a solid foundation for subsequent large-volume, continuous production.
Equipment appearance wins high praise from the customer. During project acceptance and commissioning, the customer gave high marks to the equipment appearance.
