Tidecom Group’s Mobile Starch Processing Plant Nears Delivery

Release time:

2026-08-26

Recently, the Mobile Starch Processing Plant independently developed by Tidecom Group has entered the final phase of installation and commissioning. Upon completion of commissioning, the complete set of equipment will be fully assembled and shipped overseas. This integrated plant condenses a conventional stationary starch processing factory into multiple standard container modules, enabling full-process mobile operations including tuber washing, crushing, separation and dewatering.

Solving Industry Pain Points: Mobile Model Restructures Traditional Processing Modes

Traditional starch processing requires mass transportation of raw tubers from farmlands to fixed processing plants, causing massive spoilage of raw materials during storage and transit. As a result, the actual output of domestic potato starch manufacturers averages merely half their rated production capacity.

All equipment of Tidecom’s Mobile Starch Processing Plant is integrated inside one or several truck-mounted containers, allowing flexible transportation to raw material origins for on-site processing. The system can be equipped with generator sets and other power supply equipment, eliminating reliance on supporting power facilities near processing sites and significantly enhancing operational flexibility and site adaptability.

From Technology Introduction to Global Export: Over Two Decades of Technical Accumulation

Tidecom Group has undertaken large-scale overseas starch engineering projects independently since 2002. As one of China’s earliest enterprises to introduce modern potato starch production lines into the domestic market, the group has completed more than a thousand tuber starch processing projects for clients worldwide to date.

We customize exclusive solutions tailored to the distinct demands of customers in different countries and regions, in line with local raw material characteristics and market product standards. Our full-range services cover factory site surveys, engineering design, equipment manufacturing and supply, installation, commissioning and full after-sales support.

This export of Mobile Starch Processing Plant to Canada marks Tidecom’s official entry into the North American market. In the future, Tidecom will continue to expand its global layout. With reliable product quality, mature turnkey solutions and a comprehensive overseas after-sales service system, the group will build a reputable brand representing “Made in China” in the global starch equipment manufacturing sector, bringing flexible “Intelligently Made in China” processing solutions to agricultural producers across more countries and regions.
