2026-05-29

Recently, backed by reliable product quality and premium one-stop services, Tidecom Group has secured another order from a long-standing Vietnamese client. On May 27th, a batch of customized hydrocyclones for starch production lines has completed loading and inspection, and was officially delivered to Vietnam via cross-border land transportation. The equipment is designed to assist the client in upgrading its existing starch production line, helping the enterprise improve production efficiency and expand production capacity.

The starch processing industry boasts a solid foundation and huge development potential across Southeast Asia. As a key player in the regional starch sector, Vietnam has witnessed steady upgrades in downstream industries including food processing and feed production. Local starch manufacturers are increasingly demanding intelligent, high-efficiency and low-energy-consumption production equipment, making the iteration and upgrading of production lines an industry-wide norm. The delivered hydrocyclones serve as the core sorting and purification equipment for starch production lines, which are mainly used in critical processes such as starch purification, slurry separation and impurity filtration. Adopting the Group’s self-developed optimized technology, the equipment features high separation accuracy, low energy consumption, convenient operation and maintenance, and strong compatibility. It effectively solves common industry pain points of traditional equipment such as low sorting efficiency and high material loss, perfectly catering to the upgrading needs of medium and large-sized starch processing plants.

The cooperating client is a reputable long-term partner of Tidecom Group in Vietnam. Since the establishment of the cooperative relationship, both parties have adhered to the philosophy of mutual benefit and win-win results, and carried out diversified cooperation in multiple fields including the supply of complete sets of starch processing equipment, customized production line solutions and after-sales technical support. The client’s repeated purchases of Tidecom’s equipment fully recognizes the Group’s superior product performance, mature production technology and reliable delivery capability, as well as its comprehensive overseas service system. This renewed purchase of hydrocyclones for production line upgrading further consolidates the solid strategic cooperative bond between the two sides.

To ensure smooth delivery and rapid put-into-use of the equipment, all departments of Tidecom Group collaborated efficiently. The technical department formulated exclusive supporting solutions based on the client’s actual factory conditions, production scale and upgrading requirements. The production department exercised strict control over the entire process covering raw material procurement, production and finished product inspection, and manufactured products in strict accordance with international export standards to eliminate potential quality risks. In addition, the logistics and foreign trade team formulated the optimal transportation route by comprehensively considering factors such as land transportation efficiency, cost and customs clearance procedures for China-Vietnam cross-border shipping. Relevant procedures including customs declaration and reinforced packaging were completed to minimize cross-border transportation risks and ensure the equipment arrives at the client’s factory in intact condition.

With years of in-depth market layout, Tidecom Group accurately grasps the development trends of the Southeast Asian industry and continuously expands its overseas business. Featuring superior quality, cost-effectiveness and a full-cycle after-sales service system, the Group’s products have been exported to multiple Southeast Asian countries including Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and Myanmar, serving numerous small, medium and large-sized starch processing enterprises and building a sound brand reputation across overseas markets.

In the future, Tidecom Group will remain committed to focusing on the R&D and innovation of starch processing equipment. The Group will continuously optimize product structures, upgrade core technologies and improve its overseas service network. Meanwhile, Tidecom will further explore the promising Southeast Asian market and seize opportunities in cross-border trade. By delivering high-quality products and professional services, the Group will reward the trust of new and existing clients at home and abroad, deepen international production capacity cooperation, help global partners realize industrial upgrading, enhance its international brand competitiveness, and enable Chinese manufacturing to gain greater recognition worldwide.
