The 20th Shanghai International Starch & Starch Derivatives Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the Shanghai International Starch Exhibition) will be grandly held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) from June 15 to 17, 2026.
Concurrent events include the Health & Natural Ingredients and Food Additives Exhibition, China International Health Products Exhibition / Asia Natural & Nutraceuticals Exhibition, as well as Shanghai International Food Processing & Packaging Machinery Exhibition.
The exhibition is expected to cover a total area of 200,000 square meters, attract over 100,000 professional visitors and more than 2,000 exhibitors. Its exhibits span a full industrial chain, including various starches, modified starches, starch sugars, enzyme preparations, starch engineering technologies, environmental protection and separation technologies, processed starch products and tuber products, fermentation raw materials and engineering, food processing and testing equipment, and other categories.
