Tidecom Group Boosts Industrial Upgrade: 25-Ton/Hour Lotus Root Starch Production Line Officially Commences Operation in Hubei

November 10 – A lotus root starch production line, custom-designed and manufactured by leading domestic food engineering company Tidecom Group for Hubei Yelian Food Industry Co., Ltd., has recently completed commissioning and officially begun operation. This modern production line, with a designed processing capacity of up to 25 tons per hour, marks a significant step for Hubei Yelian Food into large-scale and automated production in the field of lotus root deep processing, injecting strong momentum into the industrialization of local specialty agricultural products.
Hubei, known as the "Province of a Thousand Lakes," is rich in lotus root resources. However, traditional lotus root starch processing methods often faced issues such as low efficiency, difficulty in controlling hygiene standards, and unstable starch yield. To address these industry pain points, Hubei Yelian Food Industry Co., Ltd. entered into a strategic cooperation with Tidecom Group, aiming to build a benchmark production line renowned for its advanced technology, operational efficiency, and excellent quality.

The production line integrates advanced processes including cleaning, crushing, separation, refining, dewatering, and drying, fully achieving continuous and automated production. This significantly enhances the utilization rate of the raw lotus root and the purity of the final starch product.
