A Key Support from Tidecom Group: Shoushu Co., Ltd. Launched and Went into Production Within the Same Year!

According to Mr. Liu, Chairman of Inner Mongolia Shoushu Co., Ltd., equipment installation commenced on August 2, with debugging following in early September. The facility was officially commissioned and began production on September 26. He reported that the equipment is now operating stably and smoothly, yielding high-quality products—for instance, the starch whiteness consistently measures above 93.
Mr. Liu attributed the smooth transition from construction to production within the same year to two key factors: the superior quality and leading technology of Tidecom's potato starch processing equipment, and the dedication and hard work of Tidecom's engineering team.

President Yan, General Manager of Tidecom Group, highlighted that the company's potato starch processing fully employs integrated automation technology. The entire process—from raw material reception, washing, and stone removal to rasping, centrifugal separation, hydrocyclone washing, vacuum dewatering, starch drying, and final packaging—achieves comprehensive online monitoring and automatic control. This underscores Tidecom's exceptional achievements in automation technology, positioning it as a clear industry leader.
It is reported that Shoushu Co., Ltd. has an annual processing capacity of over 150,000 tons of potatoes, producing 20,000 tons of high-quality refined starch. The company has now established contract farming agreements covering more than 60,000 mu (approximately 4,000 hectares) across multiple counties and banners, including Dengkou, Hangjin Banner, Ejin Horo Banner, Wuhai, Jungar Banner, Dalad Banner, Guyang County, Urad Front Banner, and Urad Middle Banner. These contracts primarily focus on high-starch potato varieties such as Atlantic, Zhongjia 10, Zhongjia 11, Dabaihua, and Beishu No. 2.
Annually, Shoushu Co., Ltd. supports over 1,000 large-scale contract farming households and tens of thousands of potato growers in increasing their incomes. This initiative is set to significantly boost local economic development and contribute to the construction of beautiful countryside areas.
