At 8 o'clock in the evening, it was already past the end of work time, and the production workshop of Tidecom Technology Co., Ltd. was still brightly lit and busy. Workers were working overtime to cut, weld, and polish.
As a leading starch equipment manufacturing enterprise in China, Tidecom has full orders this year. Currently, there are 4 large-scale potato starch production lines and 2 potato protein production lines in China that need to be installed and put into operation before September. There are 2 complete sets of equipment for wheat starch and modified starch that need to be installed and debugged, and the complete sets of equipment and accessories for cassava starch and wheat starch in overseas markets such as Laos, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Nigeria, and Russia are waiting for shipment.
Going out along the "the Belt and Road"
Hu Dong, chairman of TTC Group, said that the international market is a sea of stars. We are developing abroad along the "the Belt and Road", releasing equipment and importing starch. In this way, on the one hand, Tidecom's advanced starch equipment can help develop potato and wheat starch processing in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa; On the other hand, importing high-quality starch into China for our own use is of great help in solving China's food security and adjusting the agricultural industry structure.

Hu Dong stated that in order to expand overseas markets, Tidecom relies on six core technologies: firstly, process research and development design, which meets international standards and industry standards to ensure that the project reaches a higher level; The second is efficient wall breaking technology, which ensures higher extraction efficiency in terms of effective cost extraction of plants and deep processing of agricultural products; The third is solid-liquid separation technology, which utilizes the centrifugal force to efficiently separate insoluble solid materials from fluids; The fourth is cyclone concentration, recovery, and refining technology, mastering the calculation of material balance in system operation to ensure better system operation; The fifth is efficient and energy-saving drying technology, mastering the scientific laws of material drying, and designing specifically based on the characteristics of materials to achieve energy-saving effects; The sixth is system self-control technology, which involves mastering the self-control technology of different material states, including solid, fluid, and powder processing processes.
Hu Dong emphasized that as early as 2009, Tidecom had provided a large number of cassava starch engineering technology and equipment service projects for customers in Southeast Asia and Africa. Since the first cassava starch production line was successfully put into operation in Indonesia in 2010, TEDECON has provided cassava starch processing technology and equipment to more than 50 foreign customers so far. These production equipment have created good economic benefits for customers, especially the "SGT" brand, which has become a Chinese brand on par with European brands in the industry.
