Product Description
Working principle
Filtration: Dust-containing gas enters from the air inlet of the dust collector, and the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag through the filtering action of the filter bag, while the clean gas passes through the inside of the filter bag and is discharged through the air outlet.
Ash cleaning: When the dust on the filter bag accumulates to a certain extent, the control system will send a signal, the pulse valve will be opened, and the compressed air will be sprayed out through the blowing pipe, forming a high-speed air flow, so that the filter bag will expand instantaneously and produce a strong vibration, so as to shake off the dust attached to the filter bag. The shaken dust falls into the hopper and is finally discharged through the ash discharge device.
Features
(1) High dust removal efficiency: It can efficiently capture dust particles in the air, and the dust removal efficiency can usually reach more than 99%, and it can capture fine dust particles with a particle size greater than 0.3μm, which can meet strict environmental protection requirements.
